Guo Haixia, Professor, Master's Supervisor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Supervisor at the School of Foreign Languages and Literature, Tianjin University. She holds a Ph.D. in American Literature and Culture, is recognized as a Beiyang Young Core Faculty member, and serves as an evaluation expert for the Ministry of Education's postgraduate thesis review, the China Scholarship Council, and projects of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. As the principal investigator, she has led two national-level projects including a National Social Science Fund project and a National Special Project (total funding: 600,000 RMB), as well as three projects such as a Tianjin Social Science Fund project and Tianjin University Independent Innovation Fund projects. As a core member, she has participated in over 10 projects including National Special Projects, National Social Science Fund projects, Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund projects, Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Fund projects, Tianjin Art Science Fund projects, and Central University Basic Research Fund projects. She has published 16 core papers in high-quality journals such as Foreign Literature, Overseas Chinese History Studies, Journal of Southwest Minzu University (Humanities and Social Science Edition), World Chinese Literature, and PJOE; completed 2 academic monographs; and serves as a peer reviewer for core journals including Overseas Chinese History Studies and PJOE. She has received the Tianjin University "Shen Zhikang" Teaching Award and the Second Prize of the 19th Tianjin Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award.
